METHOD 1: Through the Primary Interface

NOTE: If your business is in the Services category, you will need to skip to Method 2 in this article

Step 1: Navigate to the correct section of our site

Each of the sections of our site contain different businesses! Go find the one that’s relevant to yours. Here are a few quick links to help you out:

• Bars
• Music
• Vendors
• Service Providers Skip to Method 2!

Once here, make sure you’re on the 🔍 Browser page – the one with the 🔍 next to it! It will be titled differently depending on which area of the site you are looking at

Here, your page will look like this:

Simply type in the search bar to find your business!

NOTE: Not here? Never fear! Skip to Method 2!

Perfect, I’ve found it! Now, press View Profile:

That will take you to this page, where you can see this little bit of text:

Not there?? That means this business already has an owner in our system. If that is incorrect, PLEASE let us know so we can get it sorted!

Which clicking Claim it here will bring up this pop-up!

Simply Verify you are human and then 🤝 Request Access! This will notify our admins so we will be on it – it will also bring you to your business dashboard so you can see it!

Once our admins have looked over and approved your request, the status badge in the top right will say verified and you will have access to manage the business profile! Once that’s done, take a look at this article to get you started: HOW TO: Create and Manage your business

METHOD 2: Through the Business Dashboard

Step 1: Navigate to your Business Dashboard

Otherwise, press the Log In button:

On mobile:

Then, once you’ve logged in, you’ll see a page that looks like this:

Hover over the menu in the left and press My Business! On mobile, it will just be there 🙂

Step 2: Create a Business

Here, you’ll see your Business Dashboard! This is what it will look like:

Press on either create button – it will display differently depending on how many businesses you have! Pressing create will bring you to this form:

In the “Find my business” box, type the name of your business! If it’s in our system, it will come up!

NOTE: It will not show up if it already has an owner. Let us know if you think it’s in our system but not showing up because of this and we will get it figured out!

Once done, press Request Access!

That will bring up this pop-up:
